Aaron Taylor calls out Lane Kiffin
What happened
The story broke on September 16, 2026, with LSU at the center.
How big it got
A national argument. It landed all at once, then faded.
Why it mattered
Taylor calling Kiffin self-serving for bolting Ole Miss is rich SEC soap opera — but eleven recruiting classes don't build themselves, and the portal crown this cycle says LSU's the destination now.
Taylor going public on Kiffin isn't noise — it's the kind of story that trails a program into recruiting visits, and Golding's top-2 portal class doesn't need that static while the IOL room is still under pressure. Saturday Down South
