Justin Ellis
Wins the gap play after play. The five seasons span two programs and four head coaches: Dino Babers, Chad Lunsford, Kevin Whitley and Clay Helton. First career honor, 2022: All-Sun Belt. A game that shows it: 7 tackles and 2 tackles for loss against Louisiana — Week 11, 2022.
Play style
Stout at the point of attack — steady tackle-for-loss production without a standout pass-rush number.

What the box score actually says
46 tackles. 1 pass defended. 0 interceptions. 10 TFL.
Counts only, never a rate — splash-event sample sizes this small (interceptions, pass breakups, TFL) are noise as a rate and signal only as a tally.
